*INFORMATION* ATC is a winter camp, so clothing needs to be packed accordingly. It is a Wet/Dry and Very Cold Camp. Temperatures at Bell Park in July can get very cold. It is not unusual that the Temperatures at Bell Park in July can drop to low 'single digits' at night. Please prepare your troop appropriately. ~Vehicles~ Please note that due to safety requirements, there is a limited number of vehicles allowed on site. Your vehicle, as a leader will be allowed on site. Only one vehicle per troop will be allowed on site and this vehicle will be registered with admin as an authorised vehicle. However, you will be required to leave your vehicle in an approved parking location, which room permitting will be next to your camp site. You will not be permitted under any circumstance, to use your vehicle for transport of any type while camp is on. Under no circumstances will parent vehicles be allowed on site. Pre registered and authorised vehicles are allowed in camping areas. ~Fires~ Fires will be allowed within camp sites. It is however important that you have trained your scouts in fire safety within the campsite. Scouts who do not obey fire safety rules as per scouting safety guidelines will be sent home without delay at the expense of parents/guardian.
